Personal Care Aide - 1st, 2nd shift and 3rd – full time

Mountainside Senior Living is seeking experienced PCAs for full time 3rd shift (11pm to 7am). We are looking for a caring, compassionate, dependable and professional individuals to assist with the activities of daily living (ADL’s), bathing, dressing, and hygiene. Along with helping with mobility to and from meals, activities. Provide caring competent personal care to our residents in an environment that is free from abuse, neglect and exploitation.Must have 40 Hour Direct Care Certificate or Certified Nurse Aide License, CPR and First aid certification, be familiar with and follow the Standards and Regulations that govern an assisted living facility, use proper infection control practices, knowledge of resident’s rights and follow HIPAA guidelines.Potential employees will be required to complete a background check, drug screening, and TB screening before any offer of employment is given.
Registered Medication Aide- 2nd or 3rd shift
We are seeking compassionate and detailed oriented RMA. Qualified candidate will administer oral and external medications to residents under direction and supervision of nursing staff. Abide by proper infection control practices, residents rights and HIPAA guidelines. Must have a valid Medication Aide License from Virginia Board of Nursing. CPR and First Aide certification preferred. Willing to follow Standards and Regulations that govern an Assisted Living Facility and Memory Care Unit.
This is a full time position, 3rd shift, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. All potential employees will be required to complete full background check, drug screening and TB screening before any offer of employment. Pay is based on experience.
Dietary Aide- 1st shift (6AM-2:30 PM) Full Time 2nd Shift (11:30 AM-8:00 PM ) Part Time
Dietary aides needed, experience in food services with knowledge of sanitary practices preferred. Under supervision of Food Services Manager, you will assist with the food/meal services of the Dietary department. Ability to follow oral and written instructions, is a quick learner and willing to work various hours/shifts. Employees in this position must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Must have a love of working with the elderly and provide caring, competent personal care to our residents in an environment free from abuse, neglect and exploitation. Respectful of resident's rights and privacy.

Community Relations Specialist- Full Time
Seeking an energetic, self starter with a passion for seniors.
Community Relations Specialist will raise public awareness of the organization and help in building member census. Primary responsibility is to develop relationships with referral sources and establish new referral bases. Requires ability to meet sales objectives, have proven business development skills and the ability to communicate with people of varying age groups and backgrounds. Must project a professional demeanor, be detailed oriented with great organizational skills, work well in team situations and be proficient is MS Office. Must be able to lift at least 30lbs.
Associates or equivalent to two year college or technical school; or six month/one year related experience and or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum two years experience marketing heath care related programs.
